The severity of both injuries has yet to be revealed, but there is a question mark over their fitness for the rest of the tournament.
Pakistan had been bowled out for 82 runs in 19.5 overs, with Ashleigh Gardner taking 4-21, a performance that earned her player of the match.
Gardner can now be backed at 5.00 to be Team – Top Bowler in the showdown with India.
Healy had made 37 runs off 22 deliveries when she was forced to retire hurt, and it was left to Ellyse Perry to guide the team home.
Perry finished on 22 not out and is 4.33 to be Team – Top Batter, while Beth Mooney is the hot fancy at 3.25.
India have lots to do if they are to qualify from the group and reach the semi-finals.
They have bounced back from a shock loss to New Zealand to beat Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and sit second place on the ladder.
But a heavy defeat against Australia could leave them in danger with New Zealand and Pakistan still breathing down their necks.
Harmanpreet Kaur finished on 52 not-out in the win over Sri Lanka, and is 4.33 to be Team – Top Batter.
Asha Sobhana took 3-19 off her four overs and is 4.00 to be Team – Top Bowler.
India have won just two of the last 14 T20 matches against Australia, so it would be a huge upset if they pulled off number three on Sunday.
