Australia will look to build on their dominant win over Sri Lanka when they take to the field again for the start of the second Test on Thursday.
The Aussies put in a faultless display as they beat the home side by an innings and 242 runs in the first Test of a two-match series.
Sri Lanka have admitted that poor selection cost them badly, but they will also have to put in a much better performance with ball in hand.
Two one day internationals against Sri Lanka will follow before the ICC Champions Trophy gets underway.
But for now all eyes are on the second Test at the Galle International Stadium, where Australia will attempt to dominate once again.
Australia dominated with the bat in the opening Test when declaring on 654-6, before bowling Sri Lanka out for 165 and 247.
It came after the Aussies made the surprise decision to leave young batsman Sam Konstas out of the side despite impressive performances against India.
Australia opted to go with an opening partnership of Usman Khawaja, who top scored with 232 runs, and Travis Head, who made 57.
Steve Smith also made 141, Josh Inglis 102, but the Australian selectors now have a decision to make ahead of the second Test.
After a comfortable win in the first Test, they could opt to bring Konstas in to the side to give him a taste of playing spin in Sri Lanka.
The 19-year-old shone against India on home soil in the Aussie summer, and is champing at the bit to get back in the side.
Matthew Kuhnemann was the star of the show with the ball when taking nine wickets during the match.
Kuhnemann has made a remarkable recovery after requiring surgery to repair a compound fracture in his thumb, and looks set to continue in the second Test.
He was the leading Aussie bowler taking 5-63 in the first innings, followed by 4-86 in the second.
Nathan Lyon also showed his class when taking seven wickets in the match, and is sure to be a presence once again.
Sri Lanka will attempt to restore some pride in the second Test after failing to show up in the first.
After winning the toss and piling on the runs, Australia were in control from day one, but Sri Lanka offered little resistance when they came in to bat.
Dinesh Chandimal top scored with 72 in the first innings, while Jeffrey Vandersay and Angelo Mathews made 53 and 41 respectively in the second.
That was as good as it got, with head coach Sanath Jayasuriya blaming poor shot selection on their downfall.
Jayasuriya will be expecting a response, particularly from his more experienced players in the second Test.
There were no complaints about the pitch and Sri Lanka will at least be hoping to make of a game of it.
