The first four (4) entrants to correctly predict Australia’s top runscorer and their run total in the first T20 international between Australia and Pakistan on November 14, 2024, will win one (1) of four (4) double passes (general admission) to the first day of the first Test between Australia and India at Optus Stadium in Perth (November 22, 2024).

#Cricket365 Australia v India Test series ticket giveaway T&Cs
1. The promotion is open to Australian residents only.
2. You are not required to have a bet365 account to enter, but entry is only open to individuals who follow the official @bet365_aus X (previously known as Twitter) account, use the #Cricket365 hashtag, repost the competition post and comply with the remainder of these terms.
3. Entrants must be 18 years old or over and must provide identification to bet365’s reasonable satisfaction to collect a prize.
4. Employees, previous employees, directors, or contractors of bet365 and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. People who have previously self-excluded from bet365 are ineligible to enter.
6. The promotion period runs from 11am Wednesday, November 13, 2024 (AEDT) until 7:00pm Thursday, November 14, 2024 (AEDT).
7. The promotion period opens, and entries open, when bet365 posts a competition post on X (previously known as Twitter). A competition post includes an invite to enter the competition and a link to these T&Cs.
8. To win, entrants must reply to the competition post and be the first 4 entrants to correctly predict Australia’s top runscorer and their run total in the first T20I against Pakistan on November 14, 2024, subject always to the dead-heat rule (as set out in term 10 below) and compliance with the remainder of these T&Cs to the full satisfaction of bet365.
9. bet365 will use the scorecard on Cricket Australia’s website to judge the competition.
10. Dead-heat rule: If more than four (4) persons correctly predict Australia’s top runscorer and their run total against Pakistan in the first T20I as required by the T&Cs, the four (4) entrants who first posted the correct men’s player and their run total will each receive a set of double passes. The first set of double passes will be won by the entrant who first posted the correct result, followed by the second, third and fourth entrants (in order of entry) who posted the correct result (who will each receive a set of double passes) The winners are capped at four (4)
11. If two or more players finish on the same run total, the double passes will be awarded to the first four (4) correct entries only, subject to the dead-heat rule (as set out in term 10 above). For example, if Josh Inglis and Tim David both score 30 runs, the passes will be awarded to the first four (4) entrants who correctly predicted the player (i.e. either Josh Inglis or Tim David) and the run totals.
12. bet365 will rely on the times provided by X (previously known as Twitter) which can be seen by bet365 when it is logged in to X.
13. If the prize is not won due to no entrant posting Australia’s top runscorer and their run total against Pakistan in the first T20I, the prize will be awarded to the first entrant to correctly predict the player to score the second highest run total (dead-heat rule applies). If no entrant correctly predicted the Australian player with the second highest run total, then the first entrant that correctly predicted the Australian player with the third highest run total (dead-heat rule applies) will be awarded the prize, and so forth until the prizes are awarded. The dead heat rule applies when determining the winning entrants.
14. The total value of the prizes available across the promotional period is $150. The prizes only include the general admission passes to watch Australia take on India in the Border-Gavaskar Test series in Perth on November 22, 2024, and do not include flights, transport, accommodation and/or any other expenses.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
16. Each person may only enter once via X (previously known as Twitter)
17. Winners will be notified by bet365 within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the first T20I between Australia and Pakistan and must respond to bet365 within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the notice or the prize will be forfeited.
18. The prize will be e-mailed to the address of the prize recipient’s election.
19. In the event a winner does not accept their prize or cannot be contacted or their identity cannot be verified to the satisfaction of bet365, the prize will be forfeited by that winner.
20. bet365 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw prizes at its own discretion e.g. if a single user is suspected of creating multiple X (previously known as Twitter) accounts to enter competitions or posts multiple entries in the same competition period. bet365 also reserves the right to cancel this promotion, or vary the terms of this promotion, if the cricket match is cancelled, or rescheduled, for any reason.
21. Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the first T20I between Australia and Pakistan fixture without notice. Neither bet365 nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
22. By entering this promotion (also referenced by Cricket Australia reference code: CA2407) entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at www.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. Bet365 will provide every person attending the match as part of the promotion with a copy of Cricket Australia’s Ticket and Entry Conditions with delivery of the prize tickets.
23. Entrants consent to bet365 and Cricket Australia using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any services provided by bet365 or Cricket Australia, and/or products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by bet365 or Cricket Australia.
