Wests Tigers will look to return to winning ways in the NRL when they entertain Cronulla Sharks at Leichhardt Oval.

The Tigers have had a rough couple of weeks following the Lachlan Galvin future saga and it was not helped by a defeat to Parramatta in Round 7.

Galvin is now back in the squad and the Tigers also need to return to winning ways if they are to challenge for the top eight.

The Sharks are going well in sixth spot on the ladder after winning their last two and will look to keep the momentum going.

Cronulla impressed against the Knights last week and another win will boost their top-four chances.

After being left out of the side last week, Lachlan Galvin is back in the number six jersey and all eyes will be on his performance.

His partnership with Jarome Luai will be key, not only to their chances of beating the Sharks, but also making final this season.

Galvin can be backed at 6.00 to mark his return to the side with a try at anytime.

The Tigers have a great record at Leichhardt Oval winning four of their last six games there and need to keep the run going.

However, their record against the Sharks is not great, winning just two of the last three meetings.

They are a different animal this season though and can be backed at 4.00 to reverse the trend and win the game by 1-12 points.

Sharks biting back

Cronulla have got their top-four push back on track when knocking over the Knights and Sea Eagles in the last two games.

The Sharks have a good overall record against the Tigers, but have had mixed results when playing at Leichhardt Oval.

Indeed, they have won just four out of the last 10 trips there and will need to be at their best to come out on top.

They can be backed at 3.40 to win a tight game by 1-12 points, or 2.40 if they run riot like last season and win by 13+.

Cronulla ran in 10 tries in Round 19 when winning 58-6, but it is likely to be harder on Sunday.

However, in Sam Stonestreet they have a player bang in form with six tries in his last six games.

The winger is 7.00 to score the first try in this game, or 1.72 to cross at anytime.
