Atletico Madrid v Botafogo: FIFA Club World Cup preview

Pressure is on Simeone’s men

Diego Simeone’s side know they must win and win well if they are to have any chance of finishing in the top two.

Hammered 4-0 by PSG in their opening game of the tournament in Pasadena, Atleti did manage to respond with a 3-1 victory over Seattle at Lumen Field.

Simeone’s side have given themselves a mountain to climb but they are the 1.65 favourite to beat Botafogo and stand a chance at making the last 16.
