FIFA Club World Cup: Date, venues, teams, odds and more

The FIFA Club World Cup is an international soccer competition which will see 32 teams battle it out over four weeks in the United States.

The 32 teams, from six confederations, will play at 12 venues in 11 cities across the USA before one of them is crowned champion.

English Premier League side Manchester City are the current holders, having won the tournament in 2023.

The Citizens will be back to defend their crown in 2025 and it looks sure to be an exciting month of action.

The FIFA Club World Cup is set to begin on 14th June and will be concluded on 13th July when the final is played.

In 2025 the FIFA Club World Cup will be played under a new expanded format for the first time, consisting of 32 teams.

With the United States of America being the host nation, Inter Miami CF, will be one of the teams to take part.

UEFA have the most amount of slots, with 12 teams from the confederation to take part.

They are Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, FC Porto, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, FC Salzburg.

The other teams taking part are Al-Hilal, Urawa Red Diamonds, Al Ain, Ulsan HD, Al Ahly, Wydad AC, Esperance de Tunis, Mamelodi Sundowns, Monterrey, Seattle Sounders, Los Angeles FC, Pachuca, Palmeiras, Flamengo, Fluminense, Botafogo, River Plate, Boca Juniors, Auckland City.

Twelve venues in 11 cities across the USA have been selected to host the fixtures.

FIFA Club World Cup format

The 32 teams have been drawn in to eight groups, A to H, consisting of four teams in each section.

Each team in the group will play each other once, with the top two teams from each group then progressing through to the knockout stage.

The knockout stages will consist of the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

Real Madrid are the hot fancies at 4.50 to win the FIFA Club World Cup, closely followed by Manchester City at 5.50.

Newly crowned UEFA Champions League champions PSG are 7.00, with Bayern Munich 8.00 and UEFA Conference League winners Chelsea 11.00.
