Tottenham will be looking to derail Ruben Amorim's Manchester United when the pair clash in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup on Friday.

Spurs snapped a five-game run without a win with Sunday's 5-0 thrashing of Southampton, a result which brought an end to Russell Martin's tenure at St Mary's.

United also head into this fixture on a high, having secured a late 2-1 comeback victory in the Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium to extend their winning streak to two matches.

Tottenham and United have already clashed in the league this season at Old Trafford in September, with the visitors walking away with a comfortable 3-0 victory in a match in which Bruno Fernandes was sent off for the Red Devils.
