The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to break new ground in NFL history by trying to become the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
This will be the second time the Chiefs and the Eagles have faced off in this showpiece event, with Kansas City beating Philadelphia 38-35 at Super Bowl LVII to start this winning run.
The Chiefs backed up that win over the Eagles with a 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers last season.
Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and his side find themselves back at the Super Bowl, looking for revenge against Patrick Mahomes and his experienced Chiefs side.
It looks set to be another thrilling encounter in New Orleans in this all-or-nothing game for both these talented teams.
Of course both quarterbacks Mahomes and Hurts will be the focus for Monday’s game but there are two other stars to keep an eye on.
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is a three-time Super Bowl winner and a prolific touchdown scorer in the playoffs.
Capable of coming up with big plays in crunch moments, Kelce’s experience could be a major factor in this game.
As for the Eagles, runningback Saquon Barkley has been a revelation since making the switch from rivals the New York Giants.
Running for over 2,000 yards during the regular season, Barkley scored a hat-trick against the Commanders in the NFC Championship game and will be a serious threat for the Eagles on the ground in New Orleans.
