UEFA Champions League knockout phase: Date, schedule, odds & more

With the new-look league phase of the UEFA Champions League completed, it’s on to the knockout stages of Europe’s elite club competition.

Starting with the play-offs, the competition moves on to the last 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and then the showpiece event with the final taking place in the early hours of Sunday, 1st June.

Here’s a look at the draw for the play-off round and some of the potential fixtures for the round of 16 in this year’s UEFA Champions League.

How to watch the UEFA Champions League knockout phase

Australian viewers can watch all UEFA Champions League matches from the league phase onwards on Stan Sport.

UEFA Champions League outright odds

After impressing during the league phase, Arne Slot’s Liverpool are the current 5.00 favourites to go all the way and lift the UEFA Champions League Trophy this season.

Real Madrid are the reigning champions but their heavyweight draw with Manchester City means Los Blancos are 8.00 to retain their European crown, while the Cityzens are 11.00 to lift the Trophy.

Barcelona are in the mix at 7.00 in the outright odds, while Premier League title challengers Arsenal are 7.00 to claim the UEFA Champions League Trophy for the first time in their history.

Bayern Munich have a rich history in this competition and are 9.00 for the title, with Paris Saint-Germain at 15.00, Inter Milan at 15.00 and dark horses Atletico Madrid at 19.00.
